Project implementation period:

The planned implementation period is from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2023.

Project objectives:

The objective of the project is to develop an automated system for land capacity analysis using genetic algorithms and machine learning, dedicated to multi-family residential construction.

Expected outcomes:

The outcome of the project will be a new product featuring both product and process innovation—a system that automates the urban planning analysis process for land plot capacity. The tool will be integrated with Autodesk Revit, a software used for preparing documentation in BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology. The technological layer will incorporate genetic algorithms and machine learning.

The developed product will serve to carry out land capacity analysis, i.e. the design process in construction during which the basic parameters and positioning of a building are determined.
