The Allcon Sales Office, located within the Tarasy Bałtyku development in Gdańsk, is designed as a sophisticated, contemporary interior that reflects the company’s values and attention to quality. The concept seamlessly combines elegance, functionality, and comfort, creating a welcoming environment for both clients and employees.

The ground floor houses the representative zones, including a reception, waiting area, and exhibition spaces for architectural models and Allcon’s investments. The first floor accommodates open-plan office areas, enclosed meeting rooms, and supportive functions like kitchenettes, storage, and print rooms. All auxiliary spaces are discreetly integrated within the design, ensuring a seamless, clutter-free environment.

Natural materials—such as stone, wood, brass accents, and textile carpets—combine with custom-designed elements to create an authentic and refined interior atmosphere. Feature walls with veneer slats and soft neutral colors provide a calm background that highlights key elements like models and marketing materials. Integrated display areas, multimedia screens, and illuminated panels ensure that presentations and materials are displayed clearly and elegantly.

Glass partitions define meeting rooms and advisor offices on the first floor, balancing transparency and acoustic comfort. Subtle frosting and characteristic patterns provide privacy while maintaining an open, airy feel.

The reception desk, crafted from natural stone with brass inlays, forms a sculptural centerpiece of the entrance zone, paired with a custom-designed spatial Allcon logo. Distinctive interior elements, including branded furniture, lush greenery, and carefully selected lighting—such as decorative feature lamps—enhance the welcoming atmosphere.

The overall design emphasizes a calm, luxurious yet approachable space, enriched with warm, natural textures and minimalist detailing. The use of frameless lighting fixtures, magnetic tracks, and concealed HVAC elements ensures a clean aesthetic, while functional areas such as model displays and multimedia zones are carefully choreographed within the open space.
